Housing.com Package Price for Agents 2026: Plans, Features and Real Costs
Checked on Housing.com on 20 September 2026
The Housing.com package price for agents is not published. Housing.com lists four broker plans and a set of add-ons on its partners page, but each has a “Request More Info” button instead of a price. Its owner plans, on the other hand, are priced openly, from ₹3,299 to ₹17,999.
This guide sets out everything Housing.com does publish: what each broker plan includes, what the add-ons do, and the exact owner plan prices. You can use those as a floor when the sales team quotes you, and there is a checklist for judging the quote.

Housing.com broker plans: the four tiers
Housing.com’s broker page, reached through its partners section, lists these plans from entry level to top:
| Plan | Housing.com label | Key features |
|---|---|---|
| Housing Select | Starter | Showcase properties, reusable listing slots, standard listing cards, unlimited self-verification, agent microsite |
| Premier | Value | Strong search visibility in your key localities, branded listing cards with logo, on-ground verification in tier-one cities |
| Housing Expert Pro | Premium | Preferential visibility across all your localities, high-quality branded cards, seller visibility on the home page and search results, premium microsite |
| Housing Ultra | Elite | Top-tier placement and highest search visibility, larger listing cards, AI-anchored property videos, auto-play video previews, unlimited on-ground verification in tier-one cities |
Two features run through every tier. Reusable listing slots let you swap sold or rented properties out and new ones in without buying new listings, and the agent microsite gives you a branded page on Housing.com.
Add-ons agents are offered
On top of the plans, Housing.com sells separate products:
- Audience Maximiser. Retargets buyers who engaged with your listings across social media, Google’s ad network and Housing.com, with automated email, WhatsApp, SMS and app notifications. You can target at locality or project level.
- Featured Agent. Top placement in the “contact seller” section of a project, with only three slots per project.
- New Project Pinning and New Project Highlight. Promote you against new-launch projects to catch new-booking leads.
- Rent Featured Billboard. A fixed slot on a locality’s rent page showing up to five of your rental properties.
- Housing Shorts and DigiLite. AI-narrated video tours and 360-degree panoramas of a property.

What Housing.com does publish: owner plan prices
For owners listing a residential property, Housing.com shows prices openly:
| Owner plan | Price | Validity | Main inclusions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹3,299 | 30 days | Medium visibility, unlock all enquiries, promotion on app and website |
| Premium + | ₹7,499 | 120 days | Adds a professional photoshoot |
| Assist | ₹10,999 | 120 days | Top visibility, relationship manager, three #1 search-rank boosts, AI property shorts |
| Super Assist | ₹17,999 | 150 days | Five rank boosts, social media marketing, property report, up to 50 matching buyers |
Housing.com adds that package prices vary with location and property price, and that one package covers one property. That second point matters. An agent plan with many reusable slots should work out cheaper per listing than a single-property owner plan. Use the owner prices as a ceiling when you divide an agent quote by the number of listing slots.
One more local detail. Housing.com’s photography service is listed only for certain large cities, and no Punjab city was on that list when we checked. If a quote for Mohali, Ludhiana or Amritsar includes photoshoots, confirm they will actually be delivered in your city.
How to judge a Housing.com package price quote
- Get the price per listing slot per month. Divide the total by slots and months. Compare it with the 99acres 25-listing pack, which starts at ₹14,499, and the owner plans above.
- Ask which localities the visibility covers. “Key localities” and “all operating localities” are the difference between tiers, so get the list in writing.
- Ask whether enquiries are exclusive or shared with other agents on the same project.
- Ask for last quarter’s numbers for agents on the same plan in your city: responses per listing.
- Price add-ons separately. Audience Maximiser and Featured Agent are often bundled into a plan quote. Know what each costs alone.
- Confirm GST, duration and renewal terms.

Is a Housing.com agent plan worth it in Punjab?
It depends on the city. Housing.com built its audience in the large metros, and its buyer reach in Punjab and the Tricity is hard to judge from outside. A plan designed for metro volumes may or may not deliver here, so test it the honest way:
- Start with the entry tier, not Elite, for one quarter.
- Tag every Housing.com enquiry so you can count it separately.
- At the end of the quarter, divide the plan price by site visits it produced.
- Compare that with your cost per site visit from OLX, other portals and from your own ads.
The method is the same one we use to compare portals in 99acres vs MagicBricks. It is the only way to settle whether a portal is worth renewing. For Magicbricks, which does not publish its agent prices, see our Magicbricks package price guide.
Where your own ads fit
Notice what Audience Maximiser does: it retargets engaged buyers on social media and Google’s ad network. That is the same mechanism you can run directly on your own Facebook and Google accounts, where you pay the platforms, see every rupee of spend, and keep the audience afterwards. Neither route is always better. Many agents use a portal for immediate volume and their own retargeting and search ads for cheaper, exclusive leads. The full trade-off is in property portal leads vs your own ads.
