Agreement

By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Leadproio is operated from Jagraon, Ludhiana, Punjab 142026, India.

Our services

Leadproio provides digital marketing services for real estate businesses, including search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, Google Business Profile optimization, analytics setup, and related consulting. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in writing before work begins.

Engagement & payment

Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Standard terms:

• Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each service month and due within 7 days.
• Work begins after the first invoice is paid.
• One-off audit deliverables (including the free SEO audit) are delivered as promised on our website at the time of request.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation

You may cancel an ongoing monthly engagement at any time by emailing contact@leadproio.com before the start of the next service month. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in periods. We do not refund partial months.

We reserve the right to end an engagement at any time if the working relationship is no longer productive, with a full refund for any unstarted work.

Deliverables & IP

Once paid for, all custom content, code, schema markup, and assets we create for your business belong to you. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio in a generic, non-confidential way unless specifically asked not to.

Stock images, third-party templates, and licensed plugins remain governed by their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

Any business information you share with us in the course of an engagement — pricing, client lists, internal strategy, financials — is treated as confidential. We do not share it with anyone outside our team, ever.

Liability

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control (Google algorithm changes, market shifts, competitor behavior, your own product). We commit to the work and the methodology described on this site, but we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic numbers, or lead volumes. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous three months.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.
