Real Estate Social Media Marketing Packages: 2026 Price Guide

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Real estate social media marketing packages in India usually cost between Rs 12,000 and Rs 40,000 a month for a small developer or brokerage, based on 2026 rate cards agencies publish. Packages with a monthly shoot, 8 or more reels and ad management run Rs 40,000 to Rs 75,000 a month or more. In the published packages we found, the ad budget you pay Meta is extra, and so is GST.

The price alone tells you little. Two Rs 25,000 packages can deliver completely different things. This guide shows what published packages include, which parts actually bring enquiries, and the questions to ask before you sign.

What agencies publish: real price ranges

Many agencies do not publish prices. The ones that do give a useful benchmark. Here is what we found on public pages, checked on 14 October 2026:

Source (published by)What is pricedPublished price
Aanve Digital Solutions, Delhi (updated June 2026)Starter: 15 to 20 posts, no reelsRs 12,000 to Rs 20,000 a month
Aanve Digital SolutionsProfessional: 30 to 40 posts, 4 to 6 reelsRs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 a month
Aanve Digital SolutionsPremium: 8 to 12 reels, monthly photo shoot, ad management up to Rs 50,000 spendRs 40,000 to Rs 75,000 a month
UV Soft SolutionsMeta plan: 14 posts, 2 reels, Meta ads managementRs 15,000 a month, taxes extra
UV Soft SolutionsTop plan: 18 posts, 26 reels, Meta and Google ads managementRs 65,000 a month, taxes extra
HivePulse MediaInstagram plus Facebook plansRs 13,999 to Rs 32,999 a month

These are general packages, not real estate specialists, and none of them lists your ad spend as included. Aanve states it plainly: the ad budget is paid to the platforms, and its ad management fee is 15% to 20% of ad spend or Rs 10,000 to Rs 30,000 a month. A real estate package can sit at the higher end of each range because property content needs site shoots, walkthrough videos and RERA-compliant ad copy. Notice the gap in reels: the cheapest tiers often include none at all.

What sits inside a real estate social media package

Strip away the marketing names and every package is a mix of five things:

ComponentWhat it meansBrings enquiries?
Posts and carouselsDesigned images: project highlights, offers, festival greetingsRarely on their own
Reels and videosWalkthroughs, site progress, locality guidesYes, when they show real property
Page managementCaptions, hashtags, replying to comments and DMsIndirectly, if replies are fast
Ad managementSetting up and running paid campaigns on MetaUsually the main source of leads
ReportingMonthly numbers: reach, followers, leadsOnly if it reports leads, not likes

The trap is a package heavy on the first item and light on the fourth. When you compare real estate social media marketing packages, count the reels of real property and check whether ad management is included. Those two lines decide most of what the package can do for enquiries. A package that leaves out ad management is a content subscription, which can still be useful, but it should be priced like one. Thirty festival greetings a month look busy and rarely bring buyers.

The cost that is never in the package: ad spend

Organic reach for business pages is limited. For a builder or broker, paid ads tend to bring most of the enquiries. That money goes to Meta, not the agency, and it is on top of the package fee.

A simple way to read any quote:

So a “Rs 20,000 package” plus Rs 1,000 a day in ads is roughly Rs 50,000 a month before GST. Budget for the total, not the headline.

Real estate social media marketing packages: how to compare quotes

Ask every agency the same questions and get the answers in writing:

  1. How many reels a month, and who shoots them? Stock footage of other people’s buildings does not sell your flats.
  2. Is ad management included, and on what budget? Some packages manage ads only up to a spend limit.
  3. Who owns the ad account and the page? It should be in your business’s name. Our guide to who owns your real estate ad account explains why this matters when you change agencies.
  4. What is reported every month? Insist on leads, cost per lead and site visits, not just reach and followers.
  5. Is RERA compliance checked? Every project ad must carry the RERA number and website. See RERA advertising rules for Punjab builders.
  6. What is the notice period? Avoid long lock-ins until the agency has shown results.

Packages that work for different real estate businesses

BusinessWhat to buyWhat to skip
Solo broker8 to 12 reels a month of real listings, plus a small ad budgetDaily designed posts
Builder with one projectWalkthrough and progress reels, lead ads, fast reply processFollower-growth campaigns
Builder with several projectsSeparate campaigns per project, monthly shoot day, CRM-linked lead trackingOne combined page for every project with mixed messages
Channel partnerShort videos explaining projects you sell, WhatsApp lead routingBranded festival posts for the developer

A useful way to test a new agency is a 90-day trial with numbers agreed up front: leads per month, cost per lead and site visits. Ask for the first month's report before you pay the second invoice. If the report only shows reach and followers, you have your answer early, and you have not locked a full year of budget into a package that does not bring buyers.

Doing it in-house vs hiring an agency

A broker can start in-house: one person with a phone, a gimbal and a free editing app can shoot two walkthrough reels a week. That covers content. What is harder in-house is ad management, because a few weeks of wrong targeting can waste a month’s budget. A common split is in-house content plus outside help for ads.

Our guide to choosing a real estate marketing agency lists the red flags, and real estate digital marketing cost in India covers the wider budget across Google, Meta and SEO.

FAQ: real estate social media marketing packages

How much do real estate social media marketing packages cost in India?
Published 2026 agency rate cards put most small-business packages between Rs 12,000 and Rs 40,000 a month. Packages with a monthly shoot, more reels and ad management run Rs 40,000 to Rs 75,000 or more. Ad spend and GST are usually extra.

Is ad budget included in a social media package?
Usually not. The package covers content and management. What you pay Meta for ads is separate, and Indian advertisers pay 18% GST on it.

What should a real estate social media package include?
Real walkthrough and progress reels, ad management with a lead objective, fast replies to comments and messages, and a monthly report showing leads, cost per lead and site visits.

How many posts a month does a real estate business need?
Quality beats volume. Eight to twelve reels of real property a month are likely to do more for enquiries than thirty designed greeting posts.

Who should own the Facebook page and ad account?
Your business should. The agency can be added as a partner, so you keep the page, data and ad history if you change agencies.

The short version

Real estate social media marketing packages in India mostly cost Rs 12,000 to Rs 40,000 a month for small firms, and Rs 40,000 to Rs 75,000 or more once a monthly shoot and ad management are included. Ad spend and GST are extra. Compare packages on reels of real property, ad management and lead reporting, not on post counts, and make sure your business owns the page and ad account.
