FAQ

I already have Google Analytics installed. Why redo it?

Because it is probably Universal Analytics (dead since July 2023), or GA4 with default settings that miss 80% of useful events, or a WordPress plugin that double-counts traffic. The setup work is exactly what separates a useful analytics stack from a vanity dashboard. We have audited dozens of installs in Punjab real estate; none were correctly capturing the events that actually matter for attribution.

Do I need a CRM for this to work?

Helpful but not required. If you do not have a CRM, we route leads to Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email with the full attribution payload. If you want a CRM recommendation that works for Punjab real estate, we cover that in the setup call — we usually suggest one of three options depending on team size and budget.

How long does setup take?

Six weeks for the full attribution stack — GA4, GTM, call tracking, WhatsApp links, CRM routing, Looker Studio dashboard. Most clients see the first full dashboard at the end of week 4. The conversion rate audit is delivered in week 6.

What about call tracking cost?

Call tracking numbers cost ₹2,000 – 5,000 per month depending on call volume and number of source channels you want tracked separately. We pass through the actual provider cost with no markup. Usually pays for itself in the first month’s ad reallocation — we have not yet had a client lose money on this layer.

Will this slow down my site?

No. GTM loads asynchronously. We use server-side tagging where it actually matters. Net impact on Core Web Vitals is under 50ms. Speed audit is run before and after to verify.

Do I have to keep paying after setup?

Setup is a one-time project. Monthly is optional — the dashboard refresh, source reviews, and reallocation recommendations. Many clients run the stack themselves after setup; some keep us on to interpret the data and make budget calls. Either way, you own everything.
